Maureen takes us through the process of making chocolates at the Federation Chocolate factory in Taranna on the Tasman Peninsula.

On June 7th of 2007,  we visitedt the Federation Chocolate factory in Taranna,.  On arrival we met with Laurie and Maureen where we had a touf or this small but successful business.
